We at Urban Helpers take great care in ensuring safety of both our team members and our customers. The following measures have been included in our Service SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure the highest levels of safety precautions:

1.     Body Temperature and Blood Oxygen Levels of our team members deployed to service client requirements are recorded and monitored, daily.

2.     Compulsory use of Masks, Sanitizer and Hand Gloves at all times during provision of services.

3.     Covid Tests conducted for our Service professionals at regular intervals.

4.     It is clearly mandated for all Urban Helpers Professionals/ Team Members to have immunity card and undergo an Online Health & Safety Training, as per WHO prescribed Health & Safety Standards.

5.     It is clearly mandated that the equipment and tools used during a service delivery are to be duly sanitized before the next service delivery appointment.
